This policy describes how READY2EXPERIENCE s.r.o. processes personal data in connection with the operation of the r2e.cz website and the contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

2. What Data We Process

When you submit the contact form, we process:

• your name (as provided),
• your email address,
• the content of your message,
• technical data necessary for delivery and abuse protection (e.g. timestamp, Cloudflare Turnstile verification result).

The website uses anonymous (cookieless) traffic measurement via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

• Handling your enquiry / communication — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract), or (a) (your consent given by submitting the form).
• Protecting the website from abuse (anti-spam) — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security).

4. Retention Period

We retain form data for the period necessary to handle your enquiry and subsequent communication, for no longer than [TO BE COMPLETED, e.g. 12 months] from the last contact, unless a legal reason requires longer retention.

5. Recipients and Processors

We may share personal data with the following processors acting on our behalf:

• Resend — sending and delivery of email messages from the form,
• Cloudflare — website hosting, abuse protection (Turnstile) and anonymous traffic measurement.

These processors may process data outside the EU; in such cases an adequate level of protection is ensured (e.g. standard contractual clauses). We do not pass data to other third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests to business@r2e.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
